Painfully slow service and a completely ridiculous layout for a Post Office. It now feels like it is only about 10% Post Office, which really does not help.
I waited 30 minutes in the queue just to drop off a parcel, which is a 15-second service. Meanwhile, another customer wanted to buy envelopes and was served ahead of people who had been patiently waiting. Sorry, but why do the shopkeepers get to decide who queue jumps?
It is the principle of it. Everyone else had waited their turn, and if you are going to let someone skip the queue, you should at least ask the customers who have been standing there for half an hour whether they are okay with it.
When I raised this, the Post Office assistant did not seem to grasp how that made everyone else in the queue feel. Instead, he said he did not want to talk to me and kept giving me stick back. I do not care what the explanation is: you cannot just let people skip the queue and expect everyone else to be fine with it.
If the queue cannot be dealt with quickly enough, that is a staffing and management issue, not a reason to start prioritising people randomly.
Unfortunately, I have to use this Post Office regularly, and long waits are completely normal here. It feels consistently understaffed, poorly managed, and badly thought out.
The shop has recently been turned into a hair product store alongside the Post Office, which makes no sense. There are already hair shops directly opposite, and I have never seen anyone come in specifically to shop for hair products here.
Terrible Post Office. The number of glowing reviews feels very hard to believe given the actual experience. Honestly, some of the worst service I have ever had.
Highly recommend avoiding this place if you possibly can. If you are forced to visit, allow an hour.

I had a disappointing experience at this post office today. I visited to send a fragile item and politely requested the staff member to handle it with care. Unfortunately, instead of responding professionally, he behaved rudely. This is not the first time I’ve encountered such behavior from the same individual, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
In fact, I’ve faced similar unpleasant experiences at this post office on previous occasions as well. It reflects a concerning pattern of poor customer service. I believe the management should take this seriously and provide proper training to staff on how to deal respectfully with customers. Regardless of the situation, basic courtesy and professionalism should always be maintained.
Additionally, I have also experienced similar rude and unprofessional behavior from a female staff member at this location. This suggests that the issue is not limited to one individual but may point to a broader problem with staff conduct and training.
I have already shared negative feedback about these experiences in the past, and unless there is a noticeable improvement, I will continue to do so in order to raise awareness. I sincerely hope the authorities address these concerns and take meaningful steps to improve customer service at this post office.
I hope the authorities should take initiative to address this situation by letting the staff understand the customer is always right, whatever the situation is.

I came into your branch today around 17:30 and was handed a damaged note by the lady in the cash machine . I didn’t even leave the store—I stepped aside to count the money, noticed the issue immediately, and returned to ask for it to be replaced. Instead of handling it professionally, your staff member responded with attitude and told me I should have checked before leaving, which is frankly ridiculous considering I was still inside.
It gets worse. She then brought up a review I left a month ago about her previous unprofessional behaviour and decided to argue with me about it in front of other customers. That is completely unacceptable. If you can’t handle feedback, you shouldn’t be working in a customer-facing role.
Writing a review is my right as a customer. It is not an invitation for staff to hold grudges or confront me later. The way she behaved today only proves that my previous review was justified.
This level of arrogance and lack of basic customer service is embarrassing. Sort it out.
